The Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC), a statutory corporation in Property Development and Estates Management business invites applicants who are suitably qualified and have relevant experience for the following positions:

1. OFFICER – CUSTOMER CARE (TENABLE IN GABORONE)

Main Purpose of the job

To effectively offer services pertaining to service representation and customer care services in support of the internal and external communication with the Corporation’s customers and/ stakeholders. The role holder would be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving customer queries.

Minimum Requirements

* Degree in Communication, Business 
* Administration/Management or related fields.
* Minimum of three (3) years post qualification experience in 
Customer Relations, Communication or related areas.

2. QUANTITY SURVEYOR (TENABLE IN FRANCISTOWN)

Main Purpose of the job

To manage, plan, coordinate and supervise development projects and ensure that they are completed on time, in accordance with specifications, within budget, to customer’s brief, statutory and environment standards.

Minimum Requirements

* Degree in Quantity Surveying.
* Membership of a recognised professional institute.
* Minimum of six (6) years post qualification experience in 
quantity surveying and supervision functions.
* Experience in the use of computer based design and 
project management applications will be an added 
advantage.
* Ability to work at strategic level.
