How good is Epson L805?
1) The print quality is amazing. I have printed close to 40+ high-quality (photoshop, lightroom, and Snapseed edited) photographs with it.
2) The ink tank is proving economical. I am coming from a Canon inkjet printer, wherein my cartridge dries after 30 prints but 805, oh boy, the ink levels have dropped only 10% (or even less) for these 40+ prints and several A4 documents
3) The printer works on wifi for Windows seamlessly, however, you would need the Epson app to print documents and photographs while operating it from a smartphone/iPad. I am still unable to configure it over air print for my iPad and Mac.
4) Installation and ink-filling processes are simple. There are several videos and guides available. In fact, most of the studios around my house use this printer which helped me decide upon this printer.
5) Epson ink (6 bottles) will cost you around 2.5-3k while non-branded ones are available for 600. Looking at the performance of the ink tank, I find it hard that you will opt for a non-branded one
