You are authorised to offer only the following prescribed games, namely Mahjong and Rummy.

You should submit to the Board a certified copy of the rules of the gaming
house games you intend to offer for approval by the Gambling Regulatory Board before
starting operation.

You should At all times when the gaming house is open for the playing of gaming house games, display in a conspicuous place in the gaming house:-

(a) Your licence and the conditions of the licence.

(b) The gaming house games authorised to be played and the main stakes approved by the Board.

(c) Rules of gaming house games.

No person under the age of 21 should enter or attempt to enter the gaming house to participate in gambling.

Gambling credit facilities are prohibited.

No person concerned in the management or control of the gaming house, employed in the gaming house should participate in the playing of any game in the gaming house.

You should comply with the provisions of the Private Security Service Act 2004 as regards the employment of Security Guards. You should also submit to the Gambling Regulatory Authority a list of the duly registered Security Guards.

The hours of operation are as follows:-

Monday to Friday – 19.00 hrs to 5.00 hrs

Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday – 12.00 hrs to 5.00 hrs
