Admission Requirements & Application Details
Submitting Required Admissions Documents:
Applicants can use the document upload to send us copies of your transcripts and other required information. If you applied using the Ontario Universities’ Application Centre, use their transcript request service to send us your transcripts, if possible.
Regarding final official transcript requests, use the OUAC or have your institution email them to us at docs.admission@lakeheadu.ca. If we require a password to access your electronic transcript, be sure to email docs.admission@lakeheadu.ca the password. Include your full name and student ID (if possible) in the email.

Bachelor of Education Professional Program (Consecutive)
One-Year Honours Bachelor of Social Work and Year 3 Honours Bachelor of Social Work
Indigenous Nursing Entry Program
Indigenous Transition Year Program
