Northwest Florida State College’s student body comprises a variety of people of all ages and from all walks of life. They include high school graduates going directly to college, those in the military, retired persons reorienting their lives, and people who are changing careers or returning to the workforce.

The college strives to provide students with a balance of liberal arts, technical training, and adult studies. A goal of the college is for district residents, who could benefit from the program services or activities offered by NWF, to be admitted without regard to age, race, color, sex, ethnicity, handicap, marital status, national origin, religion, or disability.

Scholarships

Admissions Policy

Northwest Florida State College follows an Open Admissions policy. Test scores and/or GPA are not factors in the admissions decision. A high school diploma or GED certificate is required.

Additional Information

Northwest Florida State College is open to all – 100% of students who apply are admitted. There is no admission fee at NWF State College, either.
