Protestant Institute of Arts and Social Sciences (PIASS) is an officially chartered High Learning Institution located in Huye District, Southern Province. It was founded and owned by Protestant churches of Rwanda in 2009 – as a follower of Faculté de Théologie Protestante de Butare (FTPB) created in 1991.

Notified advanced Certificate of Secondary Education or its Equivalence with at least two principal passes.
One copy of National Identity Card or Passport
Two recent coloured passport photos
Sponsor letter (if any)

Transcripts of undergraduate studies
Two colored passport photos
Bank slip showing the payment of applicationand registration fees
