VACANCY CICULAR NO.2 of MENTAL ATTENDANT – 3 Posts

Applicants are invited from suitable qualified candidates for the above position tenable at SBRANA PSYCHIATRIC HOSPITAL

SALARY: B5 (P38 592 – P44 784) per annum

LEAVE: 20 working days per annum

b) Contribulory pension fund scheme ( government contributes 15% of basic salary and employee 5%)

Experience

This is a direct entry position. Candidates with experiece working with mental health clients will have an added advantage

Qualification

BGCSE

Fluent in English and Setswana

Scope of the job

To assist undertaking patient care activities assential the management or patient in different areas of health care

Duties

Dishing, serving and general feeding of patients

Assist nurses in managing patient when giving medications

Participate in patient recrearional therapy by accompanying patient to sports etc

Supervise patients

Participate in rehabilitation of patient by sweeping. Washing basin and sinks, gardening and accompanying them

Undertaking any other related duties as required to meet the exgencies of the service
