Admission Requirement
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR UNDERGRADUATE
Notarized copy of s.6 certificate
Equivalence for foreign certificate (When certificate obtained from outside of Rwanda)
Copy of National Identity card or passport
Two (2) passport size photographs
Copy of personal or parent’s medical insurance
Transcript from the previous institution (Transfer Student)
Having at least two (2) principal passes
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR GRADUATE SCHOOL (MASTERS)
Notarized copy of undergraduate certificate and transcripts.
Equivalence for foreign certificate (When certificate obtained from outside of Rwanda).
Copy of National Identity card or passport.
Two (2) passport size photographs.
Copy of personal or parent’s medical insurance.
Transcript from the previous institution (Transfer Student).
Must have second class or higher but for pass or 3rd class the student must have at least 5 years working experience in the field he/ she is applying for and should submit a certificate of service from the employer.
Entry requirements
Applicants to undergraduate degree programmes must be in possession of the Advanced General Certificate of Secondary Education, with at least two principal passes in the relevant subject combinations.
Applicants with alternative or foreign qualifications are considered for admission on the basis of equivalence determined by the Ministry of Education.
Additional entry requirements may apply for specific programmes.
