REQUIREMENTS TO BE USED FOR ADMISSION IN A1 PROGRAM AT IPRC KIGALI
Requirements for Admission in A1 program:
For Government sponsored students
Two certified copies of the National Examination Certificate.
Copies of transcripts of the last three years
Copy of National Identity card
Four recent passport sized photographs
Written evidence (pay slip) of having paid registration fees.
For Private student:
Two certified copies of National Examination Certificate.
Copies of transcript of the 3 last years
Copy of National Identity card
Four recent passport size photographs
Written evidence (pay slip) of having paid registration fees
Written Proof of sponsorship.
For International/Foreign Students:
Two copies of residence permit for the ongoing academic year
An equivalent of Senior Six Certificate from Rwanda National Examination Council (RNEC)
Four recent passport sized photographs
Written evidence (pay slip) of having paid registration fees
Written Proof of sponsorship
A late Registration fee of 5000 Frw (Applied to Rwandese) or 20$ (applied expatriates) will be paid by late comers.
No registration is allowed after the beginning of the academic year.
The procedure for getting Admission and Registration:
Go to the Admission and Registration office
Application are submitted from 1st May to 30 the May every year
The selection and admission is done in June
Registration is done in July in 4 weeks for new students
Registration for continuing students is done in two weeks from 1st to 15th August.
Payment of service costs or additional documents related to Admission
Students who have completed their secondary school education outside of Rwanda and who wish to join IPRC Kigali must first submit their Certificates to REB, in order to have them vetted to ensure that they are of a standard consistent with IPRC Kigali admission requirements. Successful candidates will be given an admission letter allowing them to come and study at IPRC Kigali.
REQUIREMENT TO BE ADMITTED AND REGISTERED IN VOCATIONAL TRAINING PROGRAMS
Requirement To be admitted and registered to Vocational Training Programs:
Eligible applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
Completed at least O’ Level (Nine years basic education) with his annual report or letter of completion from the former Secondary School
Two recent photographs of passport size. Inscribed the applicants names at the back of each photo
A duly filled registration form
Copy of the ID card
Copy of his/her recent transcript
Submit the application letter to the Pedagogy Monitor
A candidate brings his document and then gets registered at the College

Eligible applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
* Have completed 0 level or 9 years basic education
* Have succeed the national examination
* Students should be sent by WDA
* Some of students from other Technical secondary school in S5 should be admitted at TSS based on available places.
