The Community Integrated Polytechnic is located at Kayonza. Kayonza is rapidly developing towns in beautiful rolling countryside. It is well served educationally with many primary and secondary schools, both public and private.
Nearby is the kagera River famous for being a source of the Nile and the Akagera Game reserve with hippopotamus, buffalo, giraffe and a myriad of birds.
Founded in 2012 by the communities of Kayonza District, the Polytechnic has been licensed by the Government of Rwanda as an official Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institution of higher education, specializing in vocational and practical subjects.
The Eastern Province is a famous cattle region, providing a local community service focus for our first diploma and advanced diploma, Degree programs and certificates in Animal Science, Agriculture, Agricultural and Rural Technology, Business, Accounting and ICT, Hotel, Tourism and Event Management, Education, Community Development and Communication.
