Solusi University Mature Age Entry Application Form
For admission into Undergraduates, Postgraduates, Diploma and Masters programs at the Solusi University for any first degree or second degree, an applicant must have the following requirements for successful admission.
These admission requirements are for various programmes offered at the institution, it serves as a guide in the application process. All interested applicants are to read through carefully making sure that they fulfill the requirements before putting in an application.
SOLUSI UNIVERSITY ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – AGRIBUSINESS
Normal Entry: Five O Levels including English and Mathematics and 2 Advanced Level passes in Commercial and/or Science subjects including one of these (Mathematics, Economics, Biology, Agriculture, Chemistry, Physics, Food Science, Geography, Accounts, Management or Business.
Special Entry: A relevant National Certificate, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma from a recognized Institution.
Mature Entry: Five ‘O’ level passes including English and Mathematics plus 25 years of age and 5 years of experience in a relevant field. Interviewed by Faculty Board mandatory prior to admission
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – CLOTHING
Normal Entry: Five “O” Levels including English, two A’ Level passes or their assessed equivalent
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Clothing and Textiles, Fashion Designing and other related areas from an accredited and recognized institution.
Mature Entry: 25 years and at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MATHEMATICS
Normal Entry: At least two Advanced Level passes including Mathematics or its recognized equivalent (Mechanics, Statistics, Pure Mathematics) plus at least five Ordinary Level passes/ National Foundation Certificates including Mathematics and English Language OR National Certificate.
Special Entry: National Diploma and Higher National Diploma
Mature Entry: At least 25 years plus work experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – NUTRITION
Normal Entry; At least 2 Advanced Science Level passes which include Chemistry, Biology or Food Science. At least 5 passes at Ordinary Level inclusive of Mathematics and English.
Special Entry: NC, ND, HND in relevant field. Five Ordinary level passes which include Mathematics and English Language.
Mature Entry: Twenty-five years of age and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Five Ordinary Level passes which include Mathematics and English Language.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE
Normal Entry: Five-O Levels including English and Mathematics and Advanced Level passes in any two of the following subjects or their recognized equivalents: Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics and Geography or a relevant National Certificate from an accredited Institution
Special Entry: National Certificate, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma from an accredited Institution.
Mature Entry: At least 25 years of age, with at least five years relevant working experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ACCOUNTING
Normal Entry: Five ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics, two A’ Level passes in Commercial subjects.
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting from recognized institutions or equivalent
Mature Entry: Applicants should be 25 years of age and at least 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – INFORMATION SYSTEMS
Normal Entry: Five O Levels including English and Mathematics and a minimum of 2 A’ Level passes in Mathematics AND Computer Science OR any other relevant Science or Commercial subject
Special Entry: Special entry may be granted to applicants with a National Certificate, National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Computer Science or any related field from a recognized institution.
Mature Entry: Should be at least 23 years old AND should have at least 2 years relevant industrial experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – FINANCE
Normal Entry: Five “O’Levels including English and Mathematics, and 2 ‘A’ Level passes in Commercial subjects.
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Finance from recognized institution
Mature Entry: Applicant should be 25 years of age and above, and 5 years of experience in a relevant field.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MARKETING
Normal Entry: Five ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics, and two A’ Level passes in Commercial subjects
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing from recognized institutions.
Mature Entry: Applicant should not be less than 25 years and at least 2 years of experience in a relevant field. Five “O” level subjects including English Language and Mathematics
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MANAGEMENT
Normal Entry: Five ‘O’ Levels including English and Mathematics, two A’ Level passes in Commercial subjects
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), Nationl Diploma (ND) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Studies from recognized institutions

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – EDUCATION (BED)
Diploma/Certificate in Education or equivalent from an accredited and recognized institution.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ECE PRE-SERVICE
At least two passes at ‘ A’ Level and 5 “O” level passes including English, mathematics and Science
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ECE IN-SERVICE
A diploma / certificate in Education from accredited and recognised institution or equivalent
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ECE DIPLOMA
A minimum of five ‘O’ level passes including English, and Mathematics or equivalent: Science is an added advantage
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – ENGLISH AND COMMUNICATION
Normal Entry: Five (5) ‘O’ Level passes or assessed equivalent including English Language, and at least two ‘A’ Level passes including Literature in English or equivalent.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – SPECIAL HONOURS IN ENGLISH LITERATURE
First degree in Literature in English.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – RELIGIOUS STUDIES
Normal Entry: Five “O” level passes including English or equivalent, and at least 2 “A” Level passes including Religious Studies
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) in relevant field
Mature Entry: Five “O” level passes in English. Applicant should be 25 yers of age and 5 years relevant work experience.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – HISTORY
Five O level passes including English or the assessed equivalent and at least two A level passes including History
Special Entry: National Certificate (NC), National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution.
Mature Entry: Five ‘O’ level passes including English language. Candidates must be at least 25 years old and at least 5 years of experience in the area of Peace.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MBA
A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a cumulative GPA of 2.50, or upper second class or better from a recognised university; or a recognized professional qualification deemed to be equivalent of a degree
A bachelor’s degree of any faculty from a recognized university, with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or upper second class or better (Applicants with a degree other than in business administration may be admitted with a requirement to do relevant bridging courses.)
Solusi University Online Application
A Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) from any recognised university, with a cumulative GPA of 2.50 or higher.
Entry Requirements – PGDE
A recognized undergraduate degree.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MED
BEd or a recognised Bachelor with Education degree with a GPA of 2.75/first or upper second-class OR Post Graduate Diploma in Education
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS – MSC
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
